Media On-Campus:

We welcome media interest in our schools and the stories of our students and staff! To ensure a safe and secure environment, all on-campus media requests must go through the Director of Communications. We kindly ask that you submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that this may not always be possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please include your full name, company affiliation, and date of birth in your request.

Your safety, as well as the safety of our students, is our top priority. We work closely with the Beeville ISD Police Department, who have the final say. Once on campus, you will be accompanied by the Director of Communications at all times to ensure a smooth and safe experience. Independent movement around the campus is not allowed. While security is essential, we are excited to share the many wonderful things happening in Beeville ISD and look forward to working with you.

Media After-Hours and/or Off-Site (Football Games and Other Events)

We welcome media coverage of our off-site events, such as football games and other community activities. To ensure a smooth and organized experience, we kindly ask that media representatives reach out at least 24 hours in advance to arrange for the necessary credentials and escort. This allows us to provide onboarding information and avoid disruptions to the event.

We have designated areas for media representatives to operate, ensuring that students can fully enjoy their activities without interruption and that the media can work respectfully without causing distractions. This approach allows our students the experience they deserve while maintaining respect for all parties involved.

 

As always, we prioritize safety first and work directly with the Beeville ISD Police Department to make sure everything is in place. Their guidance is a key part of our process to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
