BISD's “Just Be Nice” Campaign
From the classroom to the playground to the internet-it’s a well-known fact that it’s easy to be nice. Being nice, polite and respectful of others is an important part of inspiring leaders. Kindness has no cost-it’s free to share and it’s easy to do. Beeville ISD is committed to providing a nurturing and safe learning environment for all of its students. As bullying continues to be an issue of concern across this country and within schools across the nation, Beeville ISD is making intentional efforts to educate and protect our students, parents, staff, and community. We simply will not tolerate bullying and harassment, and we need your help with identifying and stopping that behavior.
Beeville ISD prohibits bullying on school property, at school-sponsored or school-related activities, or in any vehicle operated by the district. Bullying may be verbal or written expression or expression through electronic means, or physical conduct. Bullying is not tolerated by the district. Any student or parent/guardian of a student who believes that the student or another student has experienced bullying or that a student has engaged in bullying is encouraged to immediately report the incident. Retaliation against anyone involved in the complaint process is a violation of district policy and is prohibited.
Students or parents/guardians may report an alleged incident of bullying, orally or in writing, to a teacher, counselor, principal or another district employee. Students or parents/guardians may use the links below to report an incident and/or a complaint.
