Chief of Staff: Manages district-wide initiatives, supports strategic planning, and ensures communication aligns all departments with the Superintendent's vision and objectives. This position is crucial for executing operational and academic priorities effectively across the district.

Chief Operating Officer: Directs daily district operations such as transportation, maintenance, technology, and food services to ensure our campuses operate efficiently and that students have the necessary resources for learning and development.

Chief Financial Officer: Oversees the budget, financial planning, and resource allocation for the district. This role guarantees that financial decisions are transparent, strategic, and in line with the district's long-term goals, maximizing the use of taxpayer dollars.

Chief of Human Resources and Talent Management: Heads efforts in recruitment, retention, professional development, and employee relations, ensuring BISD attracts and supports dedicated educators and staff committed to student achievement.
