Media On-Campus:

We welcome media interest in our schools and the stories of our students and staff! To ensure a safe and secure environment, all on-campus media requests must go through the Director of Communications. We kindly ask that you submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. We understand that this may not always be possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please include your full name, company affiliation, and date of birth in your request.

Your safety, as well as the safety of our students, is our top priority. We work closely with the Beeville ISD Police Department, who have the final say. Once on campus, you will be accompanied by the Director of Communications at all times to ensure a smooth and safe experience. Independent movement around the campus is not allowed. While security is essential, we are excited to share the many wonderful things happening in Beeville ISD and look forward to working with you.

Media After-Hours On-Site and Off-Site Information (Football Games and Other Events)

We welcome media coverage of Beeville ISD events.

For events held at Beeville ISD facilities, media representatives should contact Beeville ISD Communications at least 24 hours in advance to request credentials and receive access information. Media may be assigned designated areas to help protect student privacy and avoid disruptions.

For events held away from Beeville ISD facilities, media representatives must contact the host school, venue, organization, or governing body directly for credentials and access.
Beeville ISD Communications does not arrange media access for away games, UIL events, or other events managed by another organization.

Media representatives must respect student privacy, follow staff directions, remain in approved areas, and avoid disrupting students or event operations.

Their guidance is a key part of our process to ensure the safety of everyone involved.

For all media requests, please email your full name, company affiliation, date of birth, and specific needs to the Director of Communications at publicrelations@beevilleisd.net.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work together to highlight the great things happening in Beeville ISD!
