For students

StudentSquare helps students stay informed and connected with teachers, coaches, activities and school information.

Receive Updates Get school and class messages by email, text or mobile app.

Message Staff Communicate with teachers and staff when messaging is enabled.

Follow Events View calendars, RSVP and stay current on activities.

Take Action Complete forms, sign-ups and group activities.

Students can use the StudentSquare app or sign in through a web browser.

Email invitation: Select the activation link and create a password.

Text invitation: Open the registration link and verify your phone number.

School code: Use the district-provided link or code and follow the prompts.

Student messaging: Messaging availability may be determined by Beeville ISD, the campus or the teacher.

I did not receive an invitation.

Check your spam or junk folder and verify that your campus has your current email address and mobile phone number.

I already have a ParentSquare account.

Sign in with your existing email address or phone number. Avoid creating a duplicate account unless school staff direct you to do so.

I cannot message a teacher.

Messaging may be limited by district, campus or teacher settings. Contact the campus office when you need another way to reach a staff member.
