PEIMS is a data collection system developed by the Texas Education Agency to provide a single system for collecting school district information and to maintain the information in one common coordinated database for accountability. PEIMS encompasses all data requested and received by TEA about public education, including student demographic, academic performance, personnel, financial, and organizational information.

Part I
This video will show the new log in information to sign up for the (Gradebook) Teacher Portal. It takes you through the navigation of where you input attendance and grades. How to access your reports and input your discipline referrals. Teachers will use UPDATE PROFILE under Settings. Your phone number, email and notes to parents will show up through Parent Portal.
It shows Administrators, the campus messages that are displayed are in TXeis are the same.
Part 2
This video will show posting and viewing Attendance. TEACHERS as soon as you log on, you will see School Announcements. In your class list, click the hyper link School ID to view Student schedule, address, phone number, etc.
Part 3
This video covers NEW features that are handy to use with the gradebook. Plus a refresher on Manage Categories and Manage Assignments. Course Notes will add messages to Parent Portal. Course Groups is NEW and helps simply adding grades or assignments for Teachers.
Part 4
This video goes over Grades from Mange Assignments to Inputting Grades. Also goes over the red T beside a student and other different areas in Assignments you might have overlooked.
Part 5
This video covers Reports, Cycle Grades, and Posting Grades. This is where you find the Attendance Verification Report and Class Rosters.
